These terms govern your use of rentalp.net and any correspondence you initiate with Rentalp LLC through the site. They do notgovern any rental or booking transacted on Turo — that relationship is between you and Turo, under Turo's published terms.
No instant booking (yet)
The website does not currently offer a direct reservation or payment flow. A submitted inquiry or waitlist signup is an expression of interest, not a confirmed reservation. No vehicle or residence is held, and no charge is made, until a written agreement has been exchanged between you and a Rentalp partner.
Content and marks
The Rentalp name, wordmark, photography, and written content are the property of Rentalp LLC. You are welcome to share links to our pages; please do not reproduce our photography or editorial text without written permission.
Third-party services
We link to third parties — including Turo, Redfin, and Coursera — for booking, verification, and credential purposes. Rentalp is not responsible for the content or availability of third-party sites.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is". We write it carefully, but information can age. Rates, availability, and fleet composition change — always confirm specifics through Turo or a direct inquiry before relying on them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of use of the site will be resolved in the courts of Butler County, Ohio.
